2. Complete Computer Cleanups & Defragmentation
3. Check that backups have performed properly and verify them
4. Ensure that any relevant software updates are installed
5. Make recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of your system

Also included in this plan is additional coverage for up to 4 repairs that may come during the year. Repairs do include hardware and software issues and you would pay our cost for parts if needed.
